What the word "team" really is?? There are many teams out there no matter what the cases or job they doing. In my opinion, "team" is a word that shows a group of people with much understanding and relying on the co-workers or friends. What would you think about the word "team"? Is it the word "team" is just words that shows a group of people which is doing the same job together and have the same goal only? I don't think so. "Team" actually is a family which needs co-operation, understanding, and many more. In other word, "team" is actually like a family as the leader is the head of the family. The leader needs to carry the burden that need to take care of all of the team members. No matter what the team member had done, the leader had the responsibility to solve the problems or guide them properly. But when one of the team members is unable to co-operate, it won’t called a "team". It would only call as a group of people.
